Middlesex County invests in Arts and Culture as an economic driver and the impact these investments have on the quality of life in our municipalities. Through a public process a Regional Cultural Plan was created and adopted to guide these investments to bring arts culture and history to our residents. Middlesex County is dynamic through the strengths of our diversity, and opportunities. The Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Department of Business Development & Education, Office of Arts & History introduce Middlesex Creates as an innovative platform for capacity building, as our cultural community tells their story and defines their marketplace. Middlesex Creates is the face of our artists, organizations and emerging cultural groups.
